The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 优于同类国产青春片平均水平，虽然整个故事还是有很多尬点，细看而言一边说着“女性阴柔男性阳刚”，一边插入去性别化的表演，自我叙述中存在矛盾之处，但整体上抛弃传统性别印象去做自己想做的事的立意还是值得鼓励。
两位女主之间很有张力，但是电影十分虎头蛇尾。

没被发现前，每一次亲热我都提心吊胆！好怕被发现后，被那些信徒以宗教之名对她们进行迫害、扭转治疗、驱魔仪式等手段。还好剧情走向不是如此😭俩人的情感戏好有张力……

今天在首映场...导演好恶臭..剧方操作也很迷，非常不专业，好感度直接拉到最低....

究竟为什么2022年了还要拍这种压抑的，隐忍的女同性恋爱情…身为一个姬佬，在我眼里，这两个人真的一点火花都没有。女同性恋什么时候能换个形象出现在大屏幕上？
