The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 看之前甚至不知道这是一部关于911的歌舞剧，前面还在想怎么会有这么奇怪的故事设定（籍籍无名的小镇突然迎来大量飞机和数千名旅客），反应过来后十分佩服这个“在别处”的视角。
最感动的，是艺术家们沉醉于艺术之中，投入而纯粹的样子
整片励志感人。虽是舞台表演。但故事讲述非常清楚。可以想象很多画面。
好看，音乐和故事层层递进。从纽芬兰的角度讲述了911事件的过程。整部秀当中不乏突兀政治正确之处，但还是从整个应急事件中看到对人的尊重。

太好看了吧！每个角色都很有性格有记忆点，台词唱段幽默动人，陌生人之间的善意真美好。

形式惊人，转场等各种充满想象力。分扣在歌曲并没有特别抓耳。

一个狭小的场地进行广大空间的叙事，人多而不杂乱，事多而有序井然，第一次看到这样的舞台剧，没有繁杂的舞美，没有奢华的舞台，而演出了精彩的故事，大开眼界，大吃一惊！佩服佩服！

911事件导致的连锁反应，人与人在危难之中的互助充分反映了人性光芒，政治立场就不太好评价了，毕竟是美国主旋律舞台剧。
如果只歌颂牺牲、付出和伟大，不歌颂个体、爱和自由，人的意义又在哪里得到区分。
终于看完了这版。几度流泪。我将永远相信残酷现世中存在的人性文明之光。
