The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 演员们的表演都很出彩，只是对男主形象的展现有点流于表面，没能深入分析到具体起源，作者埋了原生家庭、前男友这两条线，但都没展开。不过这样莫名浮躁、不安分的人物形象应该可以戳中许多现实中的男同吧，就挺真实的
被打得头破血流仍然疯狂蹦迪欢度新年。
男A与女A离婚，之后，男B爱上了女A，男C爱上了男A，另外，男A与女A的儿子爱上了女C，噢，还有个女B是个打酱油的。
在pad上看的，纯粹是为了搞笑而搞笑，不过算是比一些网大要好点。有几个笑点还是不错的。

亘古不变的中年危机和突然拐角出现的同志示爱，最终并非四散焦虑以及行进更为离题的走向，反倒换来几分直率可爱的真情流露。几位主演的发挥不错，也更接近流水线的喜剧成色；所交出的，算不得最出众，但也足够有趣。
