A brilliant and outragously funny satire of society, 7 December 1999

"Flodder" is one of the funniest movies ever made and few people realise that it is a Dutch movie made by none other than the Holland version of John Carpenter, the famous Dick Maas, author and director of the thriller "Amsterdamned". The Flodder family is the reincarnation of the term a-social. When the whole family bunch, basically all bastards, criminals and sluts must be relocated from their City slum because of toxic waste under their house, the city council house no choice. The only available space is in the "Zoendal" - the "Sun Valley" the best area in Amsterdam where all doctors, snobs and businessmen can afford to live their lives. And where the central point of interest and politics is the tennis club of the community. The Flodder family brings devastation to the tranquil world that ruled before. They are simply unbelievable. The characterisation is incredibly funny, beginning with Ma Flodder who searches other people's trash cans for food or making illegal liquor in her cellar and ending with the eldest daughter who is the biggest slut on earth. Together they make the most horrible family imaginable, a sort of immoral mirror image to the Brady Bunch or the Waltons. When the City counsel of Amsterdam hoped that the Flodders would show their good will to be more civilised in their new area, it turns out that Holland's most famous family would rather bring out the worst in the rich people of "Sun Valley"-wonderland. The rest is a hilarious, brilliant and well made social satire that can be watched as a provocative movie as well as a straightforward comedy. Dick Maas at his best. I salute him! Flooder was the Dutch smash hit in 1986 and brought two sequels and a tv series. All of the sequels were nice but not as great as the original.

Why is First Floor Features, the producer of the movie not bringing the Dick Maas blockbusters out on DVD in the Netherlands, I wonder. The are not even available on video there. These movies have so much potential, still to this day and have a huge silent but true following.

毫无期待缺惊喜连连。剧本非常难写，这种悬疑故事层层推进再步步反转，太容易bug满满。但成片的剧作和叙事都挺完整的。尤其是结尾处理的极高级，心向阳总是好的。张本煜才是妥妥男一，邓家佳稳的全片两色一抹。
我发誓再也不看国产低成本密室悬疑剧了，看吐了，演技浮夸，剧情生硬，民国乱世风，每一点都让我很难受。这种烂俗场景风格的电影竟然还有人吹，而且这种风格还越来越多。。
喜欢很多场景 每次看到电影中出现摩托车载人的画面都会联想到自由和美好 感觉应该再重看侯麦的电影了
极度温柔的电影。夏洛特演得真好。家装和主角的那间公寓简直是人生理想。大量胶片拍摄的空镜，私密又充满时代感，最终成为了写给巴黎的情书。
剧本杀式的剧情和展开，若是都能说成开创了一种电影的新类型，那电影的本质和地位可能需要都重新评估。
“会有别人眼中的我们，那些碎片，我们曾以为瞥见的，我们的碎片，会由我们的梦来滋养，我们从来都不是相同的，每一次，我们都只是外来者，是夜旅人，是他们的想象，就像被留在房问里的旧镜子上的，那些脆弱的阴影。”
长篇处女作来说已经很工整了。从里面看到李亚玲、王晶以及xxx、xxx的种种影子。对时代控诉吗，不敢，于是退而求其次，能揭露已经不错。用吊威亚的闲笔复现片尾的捆绑，用无聊来覆盖沉重，比用大小言说悲伤还是差了火候，但至少是一部直面现实的认真作品。最后，历史不仅仅是个小姑娘，也是块遮羞布。
那些碎片
温柔的夜色，想起朴树的“路过人们的寒冷和孤独”。但一些伤痛都会被抚平，也会有什么美好永远留了下来
“导演，咱这部电影观众能看懂吗？”“不一定，但我觉得这片子一定能留下来，因为我们做到了一件正确的事——问心无愧。”
就电影论电影，本片够7分，能看出编和导上的力所不逮之处。但冲着最后喻恩泰饰演的导演吼出那句“我他妈也是个有良心的艺术家啊！”这片就值8分了。这句台词是本片导演的自况，更是广大创作者的心声，懂的都懂。
巴黎、夜晚、城市、旅人，所有元素都完美契合我的口味，有这样温柔的电影陪伴，仿佛第二天连早起都有勇气了。感谢导演。
1. 氛围和台词过于现代化，借古喻今意味太明显 2.高估了电影的社会价值，一群电影人的自我感动 3.最后强行HE带给观众“希望”，看够这种英雄救美的戏码 4.除去以上几点还是不错的悬疑+喜剧片= =
在这样的一个刚下过雨的夏夜特别适合看这样一部电影，温柔、轻盈、舒适、清新、隽永，就是一部献给巴黎的小夜曲。80年代的巴黎，摇曳的晚风动感的音乐，心里住着母狮子的母亲、敏感的儿子、温柔的女儿、水晶般的女孩，这一切都是如此的美好。最喜欢的一幕来自于四人餐桌前的拥抱，窗外是灯火闪烁的夜景，屋内流淌着黑胶唱片的音乐，桌前是刚刚烤好的焦糖甜点，一切尽在不言中。自由的气息真好！
编剧团队真的太多惊喜，带着一点点万合天宜的熟悉感，在短短的两个小时里，每个角色都有自己完整的故事，每个角色都是让人能够记住的，没有单纯的工具人，没有简单的纸片人。
3.5 导演音乐品味真好/脆弱的 特别的 夏洛特甘斯布/我一直知道 你爱我/虽然围绕城市展开 很多镜头也聚焦于城市的夜晚 但丢了夏日感悟中幽灵般的subtlety 没有那么迷人
应该是我很喜欢的类型的电影，之后我要自己再看一遍。
缓缓叙述的巴黎生活碎片，简单却又有着抚慰人心的力量
法国最浪漫的不是MC、诗人、社会理想者和不良青年，也不是在自我探索中产生的性、爱好、青春荷尔蒙和相互关怀；
