不太了解美国这一段历史，观影过程略枯涩了一点，但结尾小雀斑庭审的那段戏还是很燃的！对比此时此刻的灯塔国，感觉导演有意无意还是借古喻今有一些讽刺的味道，不过反战的思想无论何时还是值得肯定的。
索金大大赛高！索金出品，就一个字，好！！！电影表达非常好。除此之外这个案子本身也挺有现实意义的。看了半个小时我已经气得掀桌了，看完查到这个法官在此案后又干了13年一直到死，更加气愤了！而且74年的一项调查显示在此案之前他在芝加哥律师那儿的名声就很差了。好在72年上诉法庭推翻了此案的实质判决，也撤销了他跟不要钱一样发出去的藐视法庭的判决（光辩护律师就收获24枚）哦对了他还审过Lenny Bruce ，就是了不起的麦瑟尔夫人里的那个Lenny. 这样想一想斯坦福性侵案的法官在判决之后被下课也算是时代的进步了。当然，进步是美国的，xx什么也没有。
自由和权利之间的抗争是个永远不会结束的死循环。

虽然很多人不太喜欢艾伦·索金，可我就是看他写的东西觉得爽啊。而且这次的案件，仿佛就是一个纪录片一般。场景穿插也比较好理解了，庭上辩护也是精彩的。但是看多了律政类案件的我就想问，不能换法官？这么biased法官，不能提审换一个么，可烦死我了。

密集对白推动叙事完成结构的典范，法庭戏和闪回片段直接进行交叉剪辑，运动群戏无缝潜入真实记录素材，一场QZ运动中的各方力量犬牙交错，仅在左派阵营就依照不同光谱呈现出从激进到温和派别的合作与对抗，呈现出历史事件的复杂，不能简单以好恶正反进行判断。非常美国的结论，拿人当人的前提和底线是拿法律当法律。

很有张力的法庭群戏，台词和冲突设置满分。看过的片子里，cultural revolution真是影响了全世界，从北爱尔兰（以父之名）到巴黎（戏梦巴黎），再到芝加哥的Abbie Hoffman。

恰逢美国政权交迭时来看这部电影真的是一种很奇妙的观影体验。艾伦的剧作相当扎实，有条不紊的理清了复杂的人物关系和历史背景，并将其紧凑成2个小时左右，最后在老道的交叉剪辑中一步步将剧情推向高潮。76
用了大量的蒙太奇使叙事有节奏和趣味性，每个人物的性格都很张扬，演员演得很好。政治意义大于故事本身吧。
