颜值高，剧情虽然俗套但我也看的津津有味，而且这个男主长得好像以前的一个外教同事！
呼吸部分跟冥想相关，这一部分比较吸引人。但是关于救赎，电影表达的差劲。
慢，且藏著掖著在一個很故意克制低調的氛圍下加上不太合理的配樂非常干擾。施拉德對手的理解跟布列松對手的理解也區別太大了!!施拉德是好編劇，但導演能力真太讓人捏把汗了，音品也一言難盡⋯留下印象的是夢境魚眼的奇觀運動和伊薩克抽抽臉
