The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 并非常规的剧场版，而是加长的OAD。保持了艺术品级的制作，延续偏欧式的绘本风，同时增加了配音。篇幅扩充后，反而丢掉了短片留白的神韵，时隐时现的配乐和二人波澜不惊的语调缺乏感染力。前段汐华和老师的小屋恬静生活十分温馨，随着中段日常被打破，和谐的观感变得朦胧起来。作为和漫画捆绑发售的OAD，通过隐藏设定的神秘感吸引观众去原作一探究竟。ED「Touch of Hope」加一星

“我爱你，在每个多元宇宙” 感情是令人癫狂的，可以让人发挥无限潜力，也能让人走向覆灭
疫情下众生相，荒诞而不失美好。背景换成中国也不会违和
有时候我们总是抱怨失去很多，但也正因为有所失才会有所得。
这种事情不应该成为喜剧，当新增和死亡都是数字的时候，为法国感到悲哀。
