The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 三星半 剧本一般笑料一般但是看得津津有味因为凯奇的魅力实在无法挡，各种经典老梗最好笑还是乱买东西的设计，最后，吴确实是大师。

尼古拉斯凯奇自己演自己注定了这是一部喜剧，他和佩德罗帕斯卡的双雄风格比较出彩，前半段很搞笑，可惜第三幕拉胯了。剧情也有BUG不能细抠。
有点失望，并不是为凯奇量身打造的剧本，换个演员改改剧情依然没差。
剧本的锅，前提没给足，导致后面的翻都缺乏真正的力量只剩调笑了，若说是主打自我消费又远未尽兴；“她甚至以为亨弗莱鲍嘉是个色情片明星”

比预期中低了不少，但是最后一戏中戏，又扳回一点点。。。
当那些熟识的桥段与名字映入眼睑，他与我们都知道，既然曾经拥有，便是天长地久。
一般吧… 我对凯奇最深刻的印象是《战争之王》《火柴人》那种复杂癫狂感，我觉得他搞不好再也演不来了

说起来还是第一次看凯奇的电影，这部电影或许会成为凯奇事业的第二春。
尼古拉斯凯奇版的《喜剧之王》。戏中戏。特别商业。你越熟悉尼古拉斯凯奇，这部电影就能带来越多的快感。各种彩蛋，都能让你会心一笑。主线很扯，但满载着传奇归来的希冀。正如片中寄语，谁不希望再来一部《勇闯夺命岛》呢？
看时不觉得怎么样，要看完才有点理解凯奇向凯奇致敬的味道。
很meta，nic cage老师很in on the joke，cage和pedro pascal的male friendship chemistry很正。但是情节很单薄，感觉真的像是边演边编出来的。

十年前，坐出租车，路过一幅尼古拉斯凯奇的海报，司机突然问我，你觉得他怎么样？ 我说他以前的确演了很多好片，但是近几年演的影片质量下滑很大，基本上成了烂片王子……司机说，还想你要是说是他的粉丝，我就给你免单了……我说我以前的确是，但是现在不能因为以前的喜欢而违背自己现在的品味……😂
