During the US Civil War, Union POWs escape in a balloon and end up stranded on a South Pacific island, inhabited by giant plants and animals. In 1865, during the siege of Richmond, Virginia, the union soldiers POW Captain Harding, Neb and Herbert escape in a balloon during a storm with two confederate prisoners, Sergeant Pencroft and the journalist Spilett. The uncontrollable wind takes the balloon to a mysterious island in the South Pacific in the area of New Zealand. Captain Harding self-proclaims the leader of the group and they look for food; sooner they discover that they are stranded in an island. Further, they are attacked by a giant crab that becomes their first meal. Along the days, they build a shelter and finds that the island is inhabited by giant animals. A couple of days later, they find two castaways on the beach, the aristocratic Lady Mary Fairchild and her sexy niece Elena. Later they find a trunk with weapons and instruments like sextant and shelter with a journal of a man left alone in the island by pirates. When the pirate vessel arrives in the island, they are helped by Captain Nemo of the Nautilus, a submarine that had supposedly sunk in the coast of Mexico eight years ago. 翻拍丹麦版本，一个带罪的警察911接线员！杰克吉伦哈尔一个人的表演，颓废，愤怒，伤感，渴望，自责，不安的表现力精彩！虽然有些拖沓，但最后结局转变还是颇有意味！
剧照做的样子有点悬疑惊悚。但是完全close shot Jake Gyllenhall的脸也撑不起太多的细节。是一个挑战很大的片子，演技很好。作品也比较完整，broke ppl save broke ppl.
是蛇吗？这句话，我不知道丹麦版是怎么讲述的，但这部电影里总感觉少了点什么，但只要记住蛇是精神病患者艾米丽对杀人的代词，做出错误的正义
仿佛看了一部有声读物，台词功力还是不错，不过剧情上怎么说呢...结局圆满吧
没看过原版，这版剧情还是吸引人的，就是最后杰克吉伦哈尔坐在卫生间打电话疯狂挤眼泪做痛苦状偏是一滴眼泪都没挤出来，也是有点尴尬。
因为看过丹麦原版.没办法肯定要比较，杰克不够克制，所以只看到一个暴躁老哥，真正随时暴发的愤怒没有演出来.气自己害死了一个孩子，气自己失职.伊桑霍克这也太打酱油了吧😂
jake老独角戏表演艺术家了，卡司用有限的哭腔喘息去传达复杂情绪，同时包裹很多琐碎典型社会问题，再来点世界末日的氛围，还是挺美式翻拍的，broken people save broken people，amen
纯纯的话痨片，由于吉伦哈尔多次演精神分裂角色，我看到后面甚至感觉他又要分裂了呢。片子比较闷，纯靠男主演技撑起全片
我们可爱的jack的表演课，哈哈哈，全程用自己的情绪和表演推动着整个电影，是会挑本子，也是会挑战自己。
全部星数都给杰克哈伦的演技，故事很枯燥乏味看得想睡觉。
还挺紧张刺激的，靠一个人撑起一个故事。就是略显单薄
喜欢这种就靠剧情取胜的小成本制作，罪人的自我救赎，各种电话里的演员演技就要秒杀国内众多了，有点诧异评分太低，搜了一下果然是翻拍，不过没看过原版，所以没有很挑剔，自己喜欢就行了
3-…看过原版的可以不看这部了，看翻拍远没有偶遇原版时那种小成本大震撼的感觉，而且也没有翻出新意来，增加的只是一些属于米国的杂乱感
和汤姆哈迪的一个电影洛克差不多，全程就是以对话的形式展现的影片，电话情节比较平淡不如洛克抓人，一个警察通过一通报警电话良心发现的故事，网飞现在真是什么题材都要尝试一下，不管怎么说杰克吉伦哈尔的表演还是很卖力气的。
没看过原作。表演的感染力很强，但剧本原本可以更深刻一些。
感觉演的蛮好的，但实在难以共情。这种心理状态真的无法胜任报警接线员的工作啊！他需要去休假！！情绪波动最大时候是得知Emily是精神病的时候……
密闭空间的独角戏，挺喜欢的，Ricky说其实可以是有声书 lol。Jake的演技也过硬，不知道为啥豆瓣评分这么低。看了一下和丹麦版对比不同主要在结局，其实我还挺喜欢这个版伟光正的结局的，看完了不那么沮丧。剧中提到他们是没钱才停药的，太让人伤心了。

3.5吧，可能是我看过最独角戏的电影，也就是这种有明星魅力的演员才能演，其他人没耐心看下去了
这根本不是珠玉在前的问题，而是这个改编完全就是零蛋水平的问题。
