The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 不是烂而是是俗，这样的故事来来回回看了千万遍了，白人换亚裔换黑人换来换去故事永远是那个故事，一点新鲜东西都没有，一点都没有，只有尴尬得想把头埋进雪堆里的冲动。

因为觉得这部片子不够现实而打低分的人，难道真的认为这部片子想讲的东西是不好的吗？觉得这部片子没有探讨真正亚裔问题的，难道真觉得这部片子做的努力是错的吗。起码它努力了。而这些人只会对着别人的努力倒竖拇指罢了。
