The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 那潇洒的一饮而尽
惧怕死亡、害怕孤单也没什么丢人的。哪怕年轻时是战地记者，见惯了生死，有钱又有品，一辈子未婚，嗜酒如命，又酷又飒，但是在等待死亡的时候，还是会希望有亲人陪伴。首先是得到了孙子的爱，然后也得到了儿子的原谅。我还是挺期待她死前告诉儿子他的父亲是谁，结果没有。男人根本不重要，谁是父亲她根本不记得，不也这么潇洒地活了一辈子么？在有些阴冷的新西兰的清晨，看着那初生的朝阳，喝下最烈的最爱的杜松子酒，然后死去，这一辈子，足够了。
故事单一。用心表达温情，奈何基础实在薄弱，叫人难以共情。(5.5/10.0)
