The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 真的好想看一次现场。
幽默又好看。在充满恐惧与愤怒的几周里，很难得的笑了出来。
割席的、伪善的、精致利己的假温和派 好好看看激进派们在做些什么！
是左派民权运动的宣言电影，也是好莱坞顶级工业化作品（当然不是特效的那种顶级工业）。手法不新鲜但就是快、准、狠，用真实影像与电影场景缝合虚拟与历史，用唇枪舌战的台词在刀锋般的剪辑下打出一套组合拳，再将政治诉求泄于当下的银幕内外。去年两部历史题材电影都以念人名收尾，都是强压着眼泪看完。
“这还用问？我们每四年都这么干一次。”
向所有有良知的电影人致敬。
9分，一气呵成，淋漓尽致。从审判开始到审判结束，每一次开庭都是一场腥风血雨。当一场法律审判沦为政治和个人利益的工具，就早已失去了其公正与尊严，更无法得到世人的尊敬。
没有感触，也没有震撼，可能是有人别有用心，评高分数吧。

他们的平民团结可以带来正义或者改变，不论输赢，起码曾经为之抗争过。
通篇就讲了一件事：怎么样叫作“不拿人当人”，以及人之所以成为人，是如何做到的。中国的现代史上也有这么牛逼闪闪的人物，只是他们成不了电影。最后宣读阵亡名单时，小朋友站在法庭椅子上向父辈致敬的一刻，犹如《死亡诗社》一般热血，也是民权的希望之所在，最好的启蒙教育，最好的父子传承，就是这样完成的。
相比之下，这一部反而不太能共情，没有有力地回应政治正确的疑问，而是不假思索地用过去来为现在鼓与呼，真是这么线性的历史过程？年轻人的激情求变，被结构化之后，恐怕远比这个曲折缠绕，结尾字幕说明了这一点。
真好看。Aaron Sorkin写了这么好的剧本，然后找了些英国演员来挑大梁。Mark Rylance，Eddie和Sacha Baron Cohen都太棒了。
