The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 抛开原著其实改编得还行……也算是充分发挥了动画的特点。但是作为小说游戏双修党还是希望能更多在原作基础上补充细节，而不是伤筋动骨。
没看过原著游戏也没玩，但是单从动画片来说是及格的

可能看的大部分是游戏粉，我确实觉得故事老套，非常一般。
不同的炼金药灌入体内之后就会获得自由与财富，当达到猎魔人水平天花板的时候到头来架不住时代变迁变成了被讨伐的对象。为消灭怪物而生，却又制造出新的怪物。假装忘记彼此，谈话间的温情就像回演了小时候离别的心结。
这部电影对原著小说做了比较大的改编，效果却是超出了预期。故事讲得流畅合理，脉络清晰，感情刻画到位，比起美剧版，是更适合“猎魔人”的表现形式。
尚可的粉丝向作品，剧情大体上属于原创，通顺紧凑却无甚出彩之处，然而很符合猎魔人小说原著的调性，也完善了维瑟米尔这个万年背景板的人物弧光。制作水平比恶魔城动画差不少，然而这中规中矩的呈现已经足够使电视剧版看起来像小孩子过家家了。。。
虽然有魔改，但能够重回猎魔人的世界真好，动作戏流畅，音乐迷人。
猎魔人的设定很适合这个画风，类似于Dota龙之血
反派死于自大+迟疑，血腥版的史密斯夫妇，很cult的大爽片，very eye-catching。
完全不留情面，就像人们所说的猎魔人的情感（没有）
啊啊啊啊维瑟米尔太帅了，BGM很有游戏的感觉，好好看！
打戏分镜各种降世神通的影子，可惜剧本太粗糙了，网飞这个团队连很多基本设定都没有摸清楚就开始自由发挥，还总是自诩原作党。
这不比国内动画强百倍，我没看原著，不是什么粉丝，单从电影角度看，是个佳作，贵在真实，贵在情节合理符合逻辑，贵在镜头运用巧妙
危情夫妻勇斗三恶徒，剧情设计不错，亮点是各种意外环节。拄拐老爷子最为关键和牛逼。
