The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 而電影與《詐欺女王》犯下一樣的毛病，觀眾無合理原因支持主角。電影缺乏描寫為何女主角放棄繼續追逐奧運夢，而有關女主角喪失嬰兒與轉為投身販賣優惠卷的關係，說服力不足以讓觀眾支持主角的行為，若說女主角們是羅賓俠行為則更為牽強，筆者觀影時無法代入主角行為，但心中還是期待主角們的「兵捉賊」遊戲。
不如刘华版，而且内讧理由比较牵强，动作场面比较刻意，警察依然是重点被黑对象，而且绑架黄政民太扯蛋，绑匪女友身材不错，私心给多一星...
翻拍的，还是改了不少。没有原版好看了。最后男主还是战胜了心里的阴影，非常好。
内容和某些人物造型明显有带些暗示华人的形象。
剧情没什么特别的，演员阵容倒是需要特别说明一下，每个演员都选的恰到好处，特别是文斯沃恩和保罗的组合堪称完美，笑点频出，有点相声组合的意思。还有一点也非常让人纳闷，美国的司法制度简直堪称儿戏，让人费解！
