The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 编剧和导演并不能驾驭电影这个形式 现在就是一部冗长的流水账 剧情东一下西一下 剪辑节奏不连贯 整体一盘散沙
没看过剧集单以身为电影的它来评价 不知所云
浪费时间的片子。用碎片化的结构来故弄玄虚，但是因为真相过于无聊，最后将所有片段串起来的时候毫无酣畅淋漓恍然大悟的感觉，只会觉得“哦，这样啊，爱咋咋地吧”。剧情简介也很故弄玄虚，果然是跟影片中的小说家一样会遣词造句，其实就是编辑发现小说家的小说可能不是虚构的，是真人真事，怕惹上名誉权官司去查，结果发现确实是真事，哪里有惊愕？另外还见过一个版本的剧情简介写的像是现实事件随着小说情节的发展而发展，颇为奇幻，妥妥的简介欺诈。
这电影真是又臭又长，题材是不差的，就是节奏拉胯，没有高潮点。

作家的视角最终无法在虚构与现实中重叠，将故事的现实河悲剧性予以延申；纵然热爱文学、坚忍爱情，终究无法觅到幸福，这其中缺乏真正动人的细节；看到最后，我还是想在酒吧与吟子姐偶遇。
另外，作为很多排名中历史前五甚至前三的系列大剧，黑道家族系列豆瓣观影人数才区区几千，作为前传的纽瓦克众圣想有高分是很难了
