A brilliant and outragously funny satire of society, 7 December 1999

"Flodder" is one of the funniest movies ever made and few people realise that it is a Dutch movie made by none other than the Holland version of John Carpenter, the famous Dick Maas, author and director of the thriller "Amsterdamned". The Flodder family is the reincarnation of the term a-social. When the whole family bunch, basically all bastards, criminals and sluts must be relocated from their City slum because of toxic waste under their house, the city council house no choice. The only available space is in the "Zoendal" - the "Sun Valley" the best area in Amsterdam where all doctors, snobs and businessmen can afford to live their lives. And where the central point of interest and politics is the tennis club of the community. The Flodder family brings devastation to the tranquil world that ruled before. They are simply unbelievable. The characterisation is incredibly funny, beginning with Ma Flodder who searches other people's trash cans for food or making illegal liquor in her cellar and ending with the eldest daughter who is the biggest slut on earth. Together they make the most horrible family imaginable, a sort of immoral mirror image to the Brady Bunch or the Waltons. When the City counsel of Amsterdam hoped that the Flodders would show their good will to be more civilised in their new area, it turns out that Holland's most famous family would rather bring out the worst in the rich people of "Sun Valley"-wonderland. The rest is a hilarious, brilliant and well made social satire that can be watched as a provocative movie as well as a straightforward comedy. Dick Maas at his best. I salute him! Flooder was the Dutch smash hit in 1986 and brought two sequels and a tv series. All of the sequels were nice but not as great as the original.

Why is First Floor Features, the producer of the movie not bringing the Dick Maas blockbusters out on DVD in the Netherlands, I wonder. The are not even available on video there. These movies have so much potential, still to this day and have a huge silent but true following.
诺大可发挥空间最后却靠LGBT故事来燃情。
歌舞都很好很精美但美中不足不够打动人心，从电影角度来看人物塑造不够立体。但歌舞片就是要有歌舞片的样子，有加菲又唱又跳还要什么自行车。
富贵大宅子，各有烦心事，一团乐呵呵，送别老贵婆。
克劳利的一家人都老了，我总被这种浓郁的消逝感所打动，Violet走了，我在影院爆哭，她最后说，我想起那些从前，我刚穿上衬裙的少女时代，总会觉得那是另一个星球的故事。她说，活得够久了。
很有诚意的情怀之作，双线故事完整，在无法旅行的时代真是赏心悦目。
片尾的影像比电影更打动人，其实就能说明电影不够成功，加菲在很多方面演的都很好，但对比片尾就很明显的没演出来一个天才应有的形象。不过胜在歌好听，且改编的恰到好处，否则就真的是一部非常平庸的作品
电影中那首几乎磨死乔纳森的金曲《胜于话语》里，创作者问到，“恐惧还是爱？别说出答案。”
断断续续看了一个周 足以证明乏善可陈 故事老套 歌曲平庸 于我唯一亮点竟是许久未见的歌舞青春女主角 瞬间把我拉回青葱的初中
wb上有人发了一条《爱乐之城》的石头姐遇见《倒数时刻》的加菲，还有人发了一条超凡蜘蛛加菲遇见平行宇宙Spider-Woman Gwen，感觉吃了双份的过期玻璃渣狗粮...............
表演夸张，容易出戏，无时无刻不在提醒你这是部音乐剧，然而我甚至已经不能被这样的「城市逐梦记」打动了……even though it was adapted from a true story...
哎，太戳了，29岁还在等待机会的剧作家，到底该怎么坚持下去。这里头的歌我都挺喜欢的，日常小灵感捕捉而成的小歌很多，加菲演和唱都相当努力，久违的baby V一开口我就仿佛回到那个夏天。LMM第一次当导演，感觉那种死线逼近的感觉做紧凑一点会更好。
三星半。理想主义拖延症患者是如何逼疯自己在deadline前交作业的，这个我可太知道！天才第九十九次努力。唉，加菲总是只能让人停留在小伙不错的表演，就总差口气～很多歌还挺有意思的，但说不上打动人～
不应该叫tick tick boom，应该叫tear tear boom！简直催泪弹一般的存在！加菲贡献出了极精湛甚至有些灵魂附体一般的演技，无怪乎国外有人给出的评论是今晚没有看到加菲，而是看到乔纳森拉尔森回到了人间待了两个小时！观看此片的时候，桑德海姆也离世了，了解到桑德海姆虽然并不看好拉尔森的作品类型，但是对他不懈坚持的精神还是大加赞赏的，觉得拉尔森就差那么一点儿运气，晚去世两天，就可以亲眼见证自己的成功，见证自己改变了当代USA音乐剧的表现形式！要我说拉尔森就是被自己的矜矜业业全力以赴不放过任何一个锻炼自己作曲能力的要强精神给累着了！此外喜欢磕cp的也满足了，毕竟两个现在分道扬镳的前情侣都演了音乐剧电影。还有就是这片是真宽街团建，肉眼可见好多熟面孔！催人泪下，值得一看！
2比1有趣诶，看着看着发现老夫人是真的要去世了，提到马修猝不及防但是，马修真的是玛丽唯一真爱吧。再拍就又要打仗了，应该不会再拍了吧。看到最后的葬礼，一下子想起看唐顿故事有十几年了诶，故事中的新时代真的开启了，故事外的观众也能接受结局了。
最泪目的那一段台词：Jonathan的音乐剧演出之后，没有业内人士愿意投资，Jonathan问经纪人，“我该怎么做？” 经纪人回复说，“你开始写下一部剧，写完了就再写一部。剧作家的生涯就是，连续不断的写作。你得一直投稿，希望最终能有回应。” 作为半个同行，简直太有共鸣了，无数次撞墙，无数次自我怀疑，依然还要忍受痛苦坚持写下去，因为放弃自己的天赋才是最大的悲剧。
我不算真正了解故事的背景，但是不管你是不是musical fans你都会在这个故事里找到打动你的一个点，无论是是坚持是恋爱是失望还是希望。我哭了大概五次，sunday那里百老汇蟠桃宴式的致敬，试唱会还有swimming都非常动人，难得每首曲子都倾注了真心和热情，太好听了。另外加菲真的太优秀。Thanks for all。
3.5分。好就好在剧中大量的独白，但相比于爱乐之城差的有点多。音乐并不出彩，故事普普通通。
看完之后完全理解了LMM为啥不拍自己写的剧却要来拍这个传记作品了，这是知音的灵魂碰撞，也是艺术家前后辈间的传承。Respect.
漂亮的游泳池 source of inspiration！
三星半。剧作的部分不错，是我喜欢的一种结构，也是我去年琢磨最多的一种写法，依赖于形式感，这个剧本更显得完美，细节的衔接很好，这样显得剪辑也很自然。尽管最主要的内容感觉还是歌舞片类型老生常谈的内容，但确实做到了一种成熟的处女作扎实和轻盈兼具的气质。加菲的表演没有能够走出以前遗留下来的影子，舞台上的部分仍然和《天使在美国》那套戏一样，不过歌舞的部分他的肢体还是很好看的。
