The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 原来这是电影啊...音乐剧百老汇版的官摄，看着很欢乐，也没有刻意渲染悲情，有些感动

来自陌生人的温暖看完真的很快乐，每次看完歌舞片都会有这样的感觉。中间失去了儿子的那个大妈唱功是最好的我觉得
舞台与影像的结合实属惊艳，舞台戏剧本身的魅力也充分表现，同一演员、同一空间表现出了多样的形式，在疫情后的第一场百老汇演出确实惊艳。但戏剧内容实在平庸，讲来讲去不过是娱乐至死至上的美国价值说教，戏剧演员的格式化表演也无法承受镜头的张力……网上看到一半自觉无聊便退场。

這是一部很棒的音樂劇，旋律優美，歌詞細膩多層次，結合當年發生的事件，讓人感動。

基于二十年前改变世界的真实事件，十年前的百老汇作品，官摄在今天这样的时期放出，站在全世界最偏僻的一个角落，呼唤人与人之间的守护和善意，再没有更合适的时机了。
让灾难从一个抽象的事件变成一个可以触摸容易共情的事件
