The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 比上一部好看，也确实很惨烈，战争戏很出彩。但总感觉不够动人，个人感觉战争片真正打动人心还是要拍人性。，文戏部分可以做的更好一点。

比一般革命题材的人物塑造细腻，隐秘战线发报员的物质场景再现有历史意义，节奏尚可，人物关系可看出之后的【潜伏】对其的参照和发挥。
补充：刚看完兰心大剧院再看这个，真是别有一番滋味…&终于看了完整版，还是彩色修复的…孙道临真帅啊，演技比其他人自然许多，仿佛不是一个次元。女特务演得好～

这部电影的时代意义远大于它的电影意义。
黑白电影原是色彩的故意缺失，上色版本的品味存疑，黑白创造出的情感和效果并不是转为彩色还可以重新焕发的。#
