俩孩子太揪心了... 爬过普通的荒山，跟一个徒步爱好者，我过高地估计了自己的实力，结果早上5点多出门，晚上12点到家。俩腿肌肉已经走到非常疼基本上靠扶着才能移动...人生中第一次有绝望的感受😑
