The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 这部电影演员的演技都挺不错，拍的也很现实，剧情是可以的，最后应该算是开放式的结局。

既然如此，为什么不用情节呢？
男主所谓“不懂得如何享受成功”的正直，Arek 为了自由的无畏，高官可以为了掩盖自己是homo硬是发动了风信子行动。想来以前的希望也过于幼稚，身居高位的人可以为了权力而屠杀与自己拥有相同痛苦的人。就是男主与女主在一起的线略欠。
不明觉困。画面和配乐都凑合，剪辑和剧情过于随性，基本等于一个没什么主题的超长版社会主义旧农村vlog。
色调压抑，节奏悲凉，一些爱而不得……做人不能什么都害怕，尤其不能害怕自由！
这剧本给我的惊喜程度不亚于当年的三块广告牌（不过三块广告牌是神啦）
居然不是A24出品。确实马利克范儿，似梦境轮回，迷幻的诗意，通过外来者的介入体验，讲述领悟生命真谛后心甘情愿地牺牲——本质是一部关于成长与爱的电影，配乐非常优美，灵动。

看看小国家怎么拍电影的！成本小，但是剧本好，演技好！寓意深刻！
果然要steal like an artist，这不就是用泰伦斯马力克的风格，按照《皮囊之下》的设定拍了个《女巫》嘛。旁白的絮絮叨叨少一点就好了。
有趣的设定，无聊的过程，这到底是算治愈还是致郁啊？
审讯小可爱的时候，男主不敢抬头，小可爱看着他的眼神简直不要不要的，之前酒吧两人暧昧的感觉，到之后两人打破禁忌翻云覆雨！那一刻才感受到社会、政治的压抑得到释放后的如释重负和自由的负罪感，现实题材总能用一两句台词发打动所有人“人不能什么都怕，尤其是害怕自由”点睛之笔！
整个片子的配色基调就是让人有在绝望和希望边缘游走的既视感
就是说，我没有看懂……
