The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 如果把这部电影看成是一部励志电影，倒不如看成做纯粹的自己来的更贴切，华纳作为有梦想有志向的橄榄球运动员，对于自己的选择一直坚持，不管逆境顺境，坚持做纯粹的自己，战胜自己，结果赢得了想要赢得的结果，无论是唯一擅长的橄榄球还是一直专一的爱情。这部电影值得慢慢品味。
20220614 冲着体育类励志故事来的，但是影片前半节奏有点慢，开始1小时都在铺垫，而且比较多围绕在情感方面，后半开始热血逆袭才开始。但也正是因为前半情感的铺垫，也更加展现了他草根逆袭背后强大的支持动力。
没了前作的紧张感 并且老头的战斗力也跟开了眼似的
