The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 剧情有点落伍有点迪士尼。如果早十年可能对里面的本色任务如数家珍，奈何基本已经退役篮坛了。
不知道为啥会挑黄桥来演这片，好在黄桥表现得挺不错（除了身上的纹身有点恶心人）。阿软和东蝗都有客串，华子的表演挺可爱。
喜剧的空间很大，但并没有做好。一个打野球的暴躁小子（还15岁就有了女儿），一波三折登堂入室进入NBA的故事。值得回味的就是和诺维茨基的那通视讯电话了，可惜这种梗太少了。
大博班出来的两场戏我真以为是喜剧...算是篮球大联欢了，不光球星一堆，连教授这种网红也来了，没让他打场对抗真可惜。反正看完之后，胡安是真没演技...总觉着他这个角色是按照东契奇来的吧？

落魄球探携街头小子打入NBA的梦幻故事，经典的美国梦套路，都是意料之中的逆境和反转，但还是挺好看的，只是高潮段落平淡了些。
剧情很励志，但情节说不通啊。一个球探，自费把一个球员弄到美国，又负责他的食宿，训练，又要运作他进NBA，而且为了这个球员，工作也不要了。最后这个球员却去了凯尔特人，而球探则成为了76人的助教。这是当代白球恩吗？
3.励志片的套路化严重，公式一样的励志片，典型的流水线产品。

Adam和LBJ是制片人，客串阵容强大，篮球粉一本满足！
小人物成为大明星的标准剧本，天赋、汗水，以及慧眼识珠不轻易放弃的伯乐。尽管套路，不过我是真的吃这一套。街头篮球的部分非常爽快，通过流量获得选秀的机会也很有趣，训练的部分非常有升级感。只是主角最大的挫折就是受不了垃圾话，感觉挑战性有点不足。

天才不一定成功，驾驭千里马的不一定是伯乐。起起伏伏才是人生。燃。
