The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 导演长片首作。全片还是有想法的，可惜每个环节都比较平庸。
压根没打磨过剧本，想一出是一出，又想讽刺女性又把男性拍的比女性还愚蠢，画面也拉胯，从怪物到人的过程割裂、毫不猎奇

6.4(5⃣️)，真正孵化邪恶的是畸形的家庭，病态强势的母亲，懦弱无能的父亲，压制又释放出女儿的黑暗一面。猎奇噱头具备一定的吸引力，但是剧情脉络缺失惊喜，使用荒诞的故事走向去包裹着干瘪浅显的表达，最后孵化出的成品也像这个丑陋的怪物一般/ 但是最后怪物完全化身女儿之后太美了！/ 小女孩演得不错
2倍速看的，还可以。故事很简单，象征意味＞剧情。
把象征实体化，把隐喻明朗化。鸟以呕吐物为食，所咀嚼和吞咽的就是这家庭里的腐烂物。鸟是女孩内心的暗面，是杀戮欲，是毁灭欲，利爪撕碎完美假象，除掉竞争对手，女孩残存的善和良知与之搏斗，最终混为一体又彼此交互。很有趣的小实验，很文学，用影像呈现能达到这种荒诞和现实交织的临界感，已经很不容易。
还有一些强转折，无不在说明儿童的可塑性，扎心扎心扎心
童年最美好的回忆之一，一路感动着看下来，很期待还能有下一部！郑爷爷yyds！！
最近好像表现母女关系的作品蛮多的嘛
还挺喜欢近些年北欧拍的奇幻类电影，有想象力，有人文思考。

八十年代风儿童剧虽然道理确实通俗易懂但能不能引起现在孩子的共鸣呢？
感觉怪物的演技比小女孩的要好……明明是同一个人演的

窒息的母子关系和无动于衷的缺席男性，用意未免也太明显，只是效果全程都通过另一身份来提供也太单薄了

总觉得题材在美式恐怖片里似曾相识，但是拍出来的效果却又很独特很不一样，带有一丝冷冰冰的色彩和美感。
