The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 电影整体呈现一种复古风。台词不多，很多留白靠配乐和微表情烘托了人物的内心变化。来郊区度假的有钱人夫妇，偶遇私闯宅邸的小偷？人物不多，故事却相当完整。不过这种文艺惊悚风格不是我的菜。如果不是冲着几位主演精湛的演绎，这部电影可以说是非常普通了

电影看完了，没看过原作不做点评，就电影这个故事走向，真的奇幻，奇幻得不得了，不是仅仅一个“奇幻”能形容的……
有意思。不仅编剧没脑子，导演也没什么脑子。高捷老师和其他演员的表演根本不在一个档次，什么情节都杂糅进去，看的很累人啊。整个片子毫无逻辑，台词东拼西凑硬上价值。

三人有限的化学反应撑不起全片，现在的片长明显过于冗长，要是个短片还凑合
