The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 灾难总是会让人觉得无助，从开头就开始哭，记疫情居家隔离第78天
太想念剧场了。本来看到简介的时候很疑惑，这么现实这么像新闻报道的故事用音乐剧表现不会很奇怪吗，看了以后震撼又感动。歌曲、表演、编排等等都很好，原卡官摄很好，要是有机会看现场就好了。
官摄重刷，要不是这该死的疫情去年6月我就在现场……
如果没有疫情 去年的这个时候 我已经坐在文广 在现场成为了一名纽芬兰人
可惜因为疫情错过了现场观看的机会 这个角度切入这个故事的改编 真的让人无法释怀
个别价值观或体验和我们确有不同，但仅就这部音乐剧作品本身来说，是一部优秀的作品。
大事件下的小人物的角度，很不错的musical
它没有明讲"9.11"——但所有观众都很容易猜出这个背景。然后从一个不被大众熟知的视角——38架飞机迫降的小镇去讲这件无人不知的历史大事。
演员太强了！换身衣服就是另一个人，一人n角毫无违和。女机长戳到泪点了……就很可惜去年疫情没看成现场
编排太牛，节奏太紧密，简直有点目不暇接了。
仅仅拍摄完整的舞台演出，难道不是样板戏？除了时代所限，当年的蓝苹同志在这方面也做得不错了。只感觉是话剧，谁说歌舞片？跟比迪斯尼电影比起来，不过一锅清汤。歌舞起着渲染作用，并没有推动情节。故事只是讲911事件时迫降纽芬兰的多个航班，难道也是带着任务拍的？舞台上的演员有感染力，场景转换既快捷又流畅。然而，低调而艺术的表彰大会仍是表彰大会，看久一点就真没意思。[ZXZJ]
音乐有感动人心的力量，甘德人真的都这么善良吗？我想以后去看看。
真是以小见大的好作品！用纽芬兰小岛上的温情和爱来对抗人类历史上最具毁灭性的恶性事件，非常令人感动！对迫降事件后，社区各个层面的反应刻画得也非常还原。考拉唱得真好！

群像戏演得很好，很多主题，很正向，也很多泪点。人类的悲歌总会伴随着赞歌。
