The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 暖心的故事，很感动。剧情精彩，音乐顺耳，表演精湛。看完这电影（音乐剧），谁能不想去newfoundland呢
这个真的好棒！短小精悍的一部戏里居然处理了这么多问题，而且讲得都足够有深度，情感上也到位……灾难确实是最适合展现人性光辉的场景，哪怕是浓鸡汤也不觉得俗气，还有这个舞台调度是真的绝啊，感叹了无数次，几把椅子、灯光变幻和最简单的换装，几秒钟就瞬间切换了场景和场景里的角色，非常流畅完全不出戏，实在太巧了，希望国内音乐剧编排能来学学

演员太强了！换身衣服就是另一个人，一人n角毫无违和。女机长戳到泪点了……就很可惜去年疫情没看成现场
it's all about recovery and salvation. 能够关照到911之后第二天的日子和远离纽约的加拿大小镇 这个视角太绝了 人文关怀就是如此。当初在伦敦没能看到现场版太可惜了 演员们的转场和角色切换就几乎在一秒之间 情绪拿捏得恰到好处 this is the stage energy
编排完美，歌舞和这种题材太搭了，让人激情昂扬。只有在困境中才能看出一个地方的素质，是否能考虑到尽可能多的情况，关心少数群体，保护动物，人们互相帮助载歌载舞，这才是人性的闪光之处。女机长的独唱更是激励人心。

剧本和音乐都好棒！一个很沉重的题材却一直通过场景转换来减轻大家的悲伤…加上个人的故事和小镇居民的爱心，最后看到眼睛湿润…
音乐歌舞都非常精彩。很有力量。有时热血沸腾。有时温暖感人。很抓人情感。

emmmmmmmm记忆点是女机长，镇长的换装2333333333。基于911的历史比较稀薄，但是这个视角切入真的不敏感且文化融合且友好。另一个避难乌托邦。（弥补了我的退票，真好辛苦抢到早鸟 还乐的不行）
簡單來說就是 911大背景下的微觀群像，除了歌頌團結之類的普遍道德之外也不吝著墨於racist gender之類的沖突，其實是挺典的美式主旋律不過真誠得足夠打動人心😭好想去甘德看看

整部剧的基调是自由主义式的，或许这才是正确对抗恐怖主义的途径。用融合代替隔离，用积极代替阴郁，用好好生活代替暴力反应。这部剧是在支离破碎中开出的鲜花，远比美军践踏阿富汗这20年取得的成绩都大。
