The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 情节很好猜，但画面材质漂亮，怪物的设计值得二刷暂停研究。从比武变成比舞，歌舞合家欢。片尾曲好听。

平庸、俗套，如同嚼蜡。《奎迪》的动画版，剧情毫无悬念，少有的动画电影能看得打瞌睡的。比赛前的音乐模仿《洛奇》的《Eye of the tiger》。
体育竞赛现场直播感很强，不管是摔跤还是跳舞，气氛挺嗨，怪兽也蛮可爱的。要快乐，要赢，记住，做自己就好了。
