虽然很多人不太喜欢艾伦·索金，可我就是看他写的东西觉得爽啊。而且这次的案件，仿佛就是一个纪录片一般。场景穿插也比较好理解了，庭上辩护也是精彩的。但是看多了律政类案件的我就想问，不能换法官？这么biased法官，不能提审换一个么，可烦死我了。

每每看这种片子一是感觉美国确实开放，二是就这点东西在某国俯拾皆是，但却没人敢拍。
最后在法庭上读出阵亡军人名字的场面相当震撼，眼泪夺眶而出。

这种片我觉得商业元素很足，冲突、快节奏、背景丰富、反讽黑色幽默，毫无困意看完2小时长篇，题材还是这种历史政治事件。

我們需要這類的電影，雖然在某一節點上屬於挑撥觀眾情緒的視聽手法，但是其電影所呈現的角度確實犀利的，值得人們思考的，也願意去挖掘更多背後的歷史價值的，那其實就是一部好的電影。
