The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 想的一直是公寓好漂亮窗景好漂亮，能呆坐看一天的霞光和夜色。旧电影新际遇，三更时分的电台私语，步履自由的城市漫行，爱上这样的夜晚完全不用克服多少困难。片子像是捣碎了某种抗抑郁药的粉末，治标不治本地抚平不宁，副作用是犯困。
