「樱花般的恋爱」，花期虽短，也曾盛开。虽然剧情老套，男女主演技都很一般，好在女主得病后众人的感情表现得很真挚动人，悲伤但不绝望。取景框里曾经一起看过的风景，许多「瞬间」凝结而成的「永远」，也许足以成为两人之间最美好的回忆。
