The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 他经历过所有那些动荡疯狂和炙热，最后随着流水消失了。汤姆希林真是让人心疼的一张脸。
不敢想宏大抱负，甚至过不好渺小一生，观众知道为什么，所以无法责备荒唐度日的年轻人。剪辑和配乐节奏恰好呼应了混乱年代的色彩，遗憾对魏玛共和国历史了解得还不够，不然会更有代入感。

所有“不合时宜”的人和事，与所处社会主流政治理念背道而驰的思想，都被淹没在历史的洪流中，正如电影的副标题，“走向毁灭”。
只觉得当时的德国非常前卫，文化艺术和人民生活都远高于我们，连服饰都是我们90年代才流行的……
