The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 合格的商业片，把前作的主角整回来卖情怀，剧情就像打游戏过关，一关关过完主角全没事坏蛋得到报应，完美结局。
