The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 院线观影，彩蛋有贰。情节就不能细想啊不然就头秃无语，再见各个角色真的很惊喜，卡特，惊奇，理查德…尤其x教授。但那段结束得过于匆忙，出场的其他角色因此看上去实力很弱。
经历那么多创作分歧和补拍，不出意料的既不流畅也不恐怖，反而是恶心到想笑，看作是纯粹为了介绍新人物的情景喜剧还是可以的
