The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 一开始有点劝退。但是后面再看觉得还好，导演这种视频沟通的拍摄手法还挺新鲜的。

这种续篇才值得被赞助被支持！赞爆导演编剧和制作人，电影没有丢失电视剧的灵魂，很流畅地过渡了两位主角的关系变化，并且还拓展了主题。两位主角都很出色地演绎了面对出柜、家庭关系、朋友圈、疫情重压、LDR的困境时，那种纠结挣扎和痛苦。特别表扬Kokoy！三段哭戏都绝了，非常让人共情。
